General points:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • To wear a helmet is compulsory at our shop. If you don\u2019t have helmets with you, you\u2019ll get some at our shop for a fee of EUR 6,–\/pc (included in guided tours).<\/li>\n
  • An insurance for the bike is included in the price, damages up to EUR 200,– have to be paid by you, over EUR 200,– is paid by insurance.<\/li>\n
  • Please be sure to bring some warm and weatherproof clothes with you, sneakers (no sandals), a backpack will be very practicable.<\/li>\n
  • Bad weather policy: if you cancel until 24 hours before the trip, nothing will be charged. If you are not sure about the weather, feel free to contact us at any time.<\/li>\n
  • No alcohol during the tour<\/li>\n
  • Make sure that you are in a good physical and mental state and that you bring all personally needed medicines with you.<\/li>\n
  • The participation for persons below 18 years is always in full responsibility of the parents or persons in parental authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
